Tram Tours of Melbourne Melbourne City Circle Tram is a free tram service stopping at various locations around Melbourne city centre. You can hop off and back on again at any point around the circle. There is a City Circle tram every 12 minutes between 10am and 6pm Sunday to Wednesday and 10am to 9pm Thursday to Saturday. Stop off points include Flinders Street, Harbour Esplanade, Docklands Drive, La Trobe Street or Spring Street. The trams used are old historic W class trams.
