Da Hu Peking Duck Chinese Restaurant
Reviews Review submitted 26th December 2011 - from Your Customer I just had the worst experience ever at DA HU Peking duck Chinese restaurant. The food was extremely oily and it taste horrible... we did ordered a duck and the quality it\'s ridiculous!!!! Secondly are the staff member\'s service... I can't believe it's getting worst and manager has started arguing with the customer stating that we are wrong!!! there is a Chinese girl with long hair and she throws cups and plates in front of us!!!! what is this customer service!!!???? I will be telling ppl from tonight that this is the worst restaurant that I have ever dined in and the cutlery and bowls are full of stains.!!! This type of management and services will definitely lead the business to shut down very soon!!! Please change your attitude towards the customers and improve on your quality too!!! Listen to customer's comment and don't tell us that you have been working for years and you are not aware of these bad experience that you are giving to your customer!!! face the facts!!! Review submitted 7th July 2011 - from Jade I had used to LOVE this place. That is, until it had changed management in about Feb 2011. Now the food serving is far too expensive for the price they charge. Previously they had generous food portions and the price was well worth it. but since I last visited on the 5 July 2011 ( and in new management) the prices have stayed the same, food portions were much smaller and they have changed the recipe for some of the dishes. (e.g. had a beef in black bean sauce, was found to be too sweet and not salty at all.) most of the food had to be sent back, as it was often served COLD. Not happy about the service as well. when confronting the manager about the poor service and change of menu, he had claimed that he had worked there for some several years, but after some prodding it was realised that he and his new staff were only present for max of 3 months. staff service was not good.
